Through his various roles in diverse organizations such as boutique law firms, consulting firms, large health systems and medical groups, pharmacy organizations, and community health systems, David has gained significant experience in a variety of matters including licensing and accreditation; responding to government and payor audits; developing and implementing compliance programs; providing guidance on Stark, Anti-Kickback, False Claims, and HIPAA regulations; and advising clients regarding practice acquisition and Joint Venture partnerships.
