Andrea Silverman

Andrea Silverman is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience specializing in bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense, loan modifications and real estate related matters. She has represented individuals and businesses across Chapter 7,11, and 13 proceedings, appearing in thousands of hearings, drafting complex motions and petitions, and guiding clients through every stage of financial restructuring.

Andrea founded and operated her own successful law practice in New Jersey for more than a decade. Her career includes handling high-volume chapter 7 and 13 cases, as well as corporate chapter 11 bankruptcies. Her entrepreneurial background gives her a unique perspective on client service, business operations, negotiations, and strategic problem-solving. She is experienced in loan modifications, foreclosure mediation, and negotiating with banks and mortgage services to help clients save their homes.

Andrea earned her Juris Doctor with honors from the George Washington National Law Center and graduated cum laude from Northwestern University with a degree in political science. Outside of her legal work, Andrea enjoys staying active; she is an avid skier, and enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, including her beloved dog, Pumpkin.
